"Horrible place to live. We hated living there. We were constantly killing roaches that come from the trash can close by. They make up new rules while you are there and then have their attorney write you a letter and try to act like it is legal when it is not. Their attorney lies as much as they do. They love ticketing and towing your car so forget having anyone visit you."

"I just moved from here, canceled my lease early because I couldn't stand living there. Literally live anywhere else but here. Management changes all the time. It's not a non smoking facility and neighbors smoke like they breath. Parking is horrible. Nothing in the streets and hardly any inside. Sketch people everywhere. Barking dogs everywhere. They will literally charge you for everything and anything once you move out. They will take as much of your deposit and they can and more. If you don't have to live here, dont. Worst complex I have ever lived in and wouldn't want my worst enemy here. That's how bad it is. The 6 months I was there, almost all my neighbors moved. That's all you see here, people moving out all the time. Not even worth it."

"It's OK as a starter place. The only this is finding parking and a lot of people hangout in the cul-de-sac that are very suspicious. Management changed 5 times while I lived there. Make sure you inspect everything before moving in. Also get a pest control person."
