"Apartments are dirty the pavement is all broken they have roaches and bed bugs in the carpet. very poor maintenance service and horrible manager she's very rude low class, not one bit professional, very fake woman. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! Miss HELLEN WOO you need to hire a better manager before the health department gets involved. Also you need a manager who is NOT racist and discriminates people who aren’t “white skinned”. Theres also bedbugs, fleas and cats with fleas everywhere! Not to mention mold in bathroom and the solution was to just paint over it as shown on pictures."

"This Apartment complex really deserves negative stars. My wife and I moved in here about a year ago. The manager actually told us, like it seems so many others were told, that they fumigated the building prior to our arrival. So it didn't even cross my mind that we'd have any problem with pests. Shortly into our tenancy we noticed roaches in our apartment so we laid out traps and sprayed roach killer around the apartment. This worked only temporarily as no matter how many we killed they just seemed to keep coming back. Upon further examination of the problem we realized that these weren't just the stray cockroach wandering into our apartment, but rather the cockroaches are actually in the walls and inside the structure of the building itself so it's virtually impossible to get rid of them no matter how many traps you put out. We had to keep the apartment spotless and keep all our food completely sealed. It got to the point that it wasn't even worth trying to make meals in the apartment due to the infestation of cockroaches. A few months later we woke up with little welts on our arms, neck and upper torso. First we thought it might be spiders or the cockroaches, upon further investigation we found out that they were bed bug bites. After dealing with the insanity of having to cohabitate with cockroaches this was the straw that broke the camels back. We had to wash every single piece of fabric in the apartment, treat carpet, furniture and even seal up our mattresses. To say this was aggravating and infuriating is putting it mildly. We complained several times about the cockroaches and bed bugs to the manager who did nothing but give us lip service. We are now facing a new rent hike as of 2018 so obviously we are leaving this infested complex behind. If you rent here be forewarned, you will have cockroaches and bed bugs in your unit. No matter how much you clean you CANNOT keep them out!!! The entire complex is infested with them and any neighbor who you talk to has their own stories about treating the infestation in their own apartment. We are going to push this issue towards the local building department and the county health department. The manager has been nothing but rude, dismissive, abusive and unhelpful."

"I regret not reading reviews from these disgusting apartments first. The apartments are INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS! the roaches wont leave the place no matter what you do!!! The apartments are so old inside that roaches live in the structure. Not enough nightmare? we (all the tenets) just received a rent increase Nov 26 2017 Starting January 1, 2018. Yup happy thanksgiving and marry roaches Christmas tenants!! Time to leave. We need health department here ASAP. The whole building shouldn’t be on business anymore. Many people can’t find or don’t have the time to move that easy because they work and deposits are high. Rent for 1 small roaches contaminated bedroom, 1 old small bathroom full of roaches (they paint all including sink and bathtub to make it seem new but paint is all scratched , falling down with vapor, hot showers, anyway total scam, kitchen same but extremely contaminated with roaches that you can’t cook but if you do make sure you watch out your food because I came back and big roach was in the entire meat cooked. I had to throw away all after spending 40$ in market on food. The rest is 1100 and will be 1150 in January. We don’t cook anymore so at end of every month we end up paying 2100 so insane but trust me you can’t cook or live in these apartments. I feel miserable living here. We are leaving the place soon."

"I prefer to keep my identity private because apparently if someone complains for something, the old lady "Manager" finds any reason to kick you out a week or 2 later after the complain and its so difficult to find apartment fast. The reason of my one Star** is because all these apartments are INFESTED WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! The building structure from the entire building is full of Roaches. Its impossible to live, cook, or sleep in any of this apartments. DONT BELIEVE WHEN THE MANAGER TELLS YOU THAT THEY Already did fumigation, the Roaches will never leave!!! BEWARE**** YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU RENT HERE! I've been spending a lot money to exterminate these insects but they keep coming from holes in walls or underneath the entrance door. The whole building is infested. I'm tired of living in between thousands of roaches. We don't cook anymore because its impossible!!!! Even when I sleep, roaches wake me up running in my arms, face etc. I pay more than 1000 montly and honestly the apartments shouldn't be habitable for any human being. I'll report these Apartments to health department and as many places I can because honesty these are not habitable apartments to live and the manager rarely its on her office. She closes the office many hours and only opens for 3 hours in total her entire day. This place needs to be closed by the city!! Thank god I'll leave here soon but for now I have to keep private my identity. I will contact all sources until someone do something about this big issue that "we" have. I feel sorry for many people that lives here and I understand its not easy to find apartment in California but no one deserves to live in between thousands of Roaches. I spend everyday money eating outside because its impossible to cook with the ROACHES. Thank you"
