"I’ve lived here for a year and love it. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. That was a major selling point for me since I enjoy being outside on the patio. The apartments are taken care of and any maintenance concerns I’ve had have been quickly taken care of. The management has always been very friendly and helpful, and the rent is affordable. No plans on leaving as long as I’m in California."
"This apartment complex may just look average on the outside, but don't be fooled. The grounds are beautiful and they keep up with maintaining them. You can't beat the rent and the insides of the apartments are updated with hardwood floors, nice faucets, new fans, etc. Plus, the fireplace is a nice touch. Maintenance requests are handled timely and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Some places out there may be really nice, but the downside always seems to be horrible customer service and never fixing anything. That is not the case at Villa Del Sol. I have lived here for 2 years and I am not leaving anytime soon!"
"I rated a 5 because in the 18 years I've been here, I thoroughly believe that it would be a place anyone would want to live. The people that run it are very kind, and when you need anything fixed or replaced they do everything they can to accomidate us as tenants. The grounds are beautiful, with the water falls, fountains, and beautiful gardens that are well taken care of and a wonderful place to walk. I also love that it is a gated community."
"I have lived at Villa Del Sol for over 20 years in 2 different apartments. The grounds are immaculate and Management is quick to reply to questions and requests and have always been helpful when there have been maintenance requests. While the neighborhood may be interesting, Management has gone above and beyond to make the complex as secure as possible with security lights and cameras. Communicatiion with Management has greatly improved in recent years with texts and emails to keep everyone up to date on everything happening within the complex. I am quite happy living here. a.would recommend it to others."
