"The leasing office staff were are really thorough, professional and courteous. Special thanks to Vincent who was always available when we had a question and to take care of issues that came up. We moved from out of state so he was great at sending us pictures and helping me to choose the best available apartment. The groundskeepers are tireless, always around keeping things trimmed and clean. It's quiet and the other tenants are respectful and friendly. I don't know what they are doing here, but I pray it never changes. We came from a complex in Florida that was poorly maintained so Cerritos Apartments are like heaven to us."

The staff, which includes the maintenance people and the managers, has been really helpful towards us and everyone that lives here. We appreciate the friendly reminders through our emails. All of the staff assist us when needed and answers our questions in a timely manner. This community is family-oriented. We highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to call home to consider Cerritos Apartments. Parking is not an issue. We love that our apartment complex is in a gated area. If you have any issue regarding your apartment, do not hesitate to ask for help. The staff will make sure the issues are taken care of. I would like to particularly thank Vincent Harper, my key contact of the apartment who has been very responsible and considerate in many ways on the process of application and leasing. He is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. He always returns missed calls and is very efficient in responding to my questions and requests too. Emily and Victor are also very friendly and helpful. I feel very pleased with the whole team, knowing they will be there sorting things out for me when needed.
