"Management is no less than a nightmare to deal with, plumbing is a mere disaster, parking conditions are horrific, ants, spiders & roaches are 24/7 co-habitants, tow trucks are visited frequently to annoy and harass, rents are increased at rate maximum allowed by law, two main gates are out of service frequently, driveway is falling apart with cracks exposing dusty ground, car port lights are stone aged, barely lit and full of spider webs, front porch lights will turn on hours after dark, leaving tenants a potential victims of the darkness, trash area over flow is alarming with no covering, often furniture and appliances are left next to the trash for weeks, last but not least this place earned a crown for not having, no water and no gas for two months and it was show cased in the major news channel, with new owners and new management not much has changed in past few years but they may have something to say in their defense, fact remains this place should be avoided at all cost."

"Great management company with great staff, I needed to move in to a 1 bedroom apartment, I called few other places during my search, lots of these managers won't even call back, but the staff at Vio cerritos were amazing in calling back and answering every question or concern I had. after I submitted all the required documents, I got the approval within 2 days, and the manager Maria called me and set up an easy and very smooth move in, I couldn't be happier, and I love the apartment."

"Just no simply no I wouldn’t rent here if the water comes out brown and I’ve heard from many people because I thought it was just me they don’t cut the trees or anything it’s all over grown the parking is ridiculous constantly raising the rent everything is peeling because all they did was paint over the walls with white paint over the stains of the passed renters I’ve heard stories of some rooms being infested by roaches and some had rats if you guys are reading this you need to step it up a lot because it’s disgusting having to turn on ur water and brown water comes out"

"Predatory tactics are used to reel you in. You pay a high deposit + first month rent for a Month to month lease so that they can raise your rent until you are crushed by the prices. Parking is a nightmare. No one follows the rules so you end up parking where it’s not your spot. The next morning you’ll find your car towed! They find any reason to kick you out or they raise the rent. Then they say “that’s just how the market is and what the law allows us to do” When they finally kick you out they keep your deposit! Huge scam! Fair housing rules don’t apply to these predators."

"Like another person complained, I lived in Vio Cerritos and always had toilet line overflow in the patio, the previous management atleast did a better job of cleaning, current management doesn't care about hygiene. Not to forget the toilet roof fell down once, pics attached. They did not even bother clean or say sorry. The best thing about living here is that they make you think about getting your own house, the quality and response is so bad."
