"***Edit*** sent an email on 2/17/24 as advised below and never received a response. DO NOT LIVE HERE, it’s ghetto! It’s very noisy, especially during the weekends when people are partying in the courtyard at all hours of the night, the carpets throughout the hallways are so filthy with stains and dog feces, and their elevators are out of service a lot. When you move out, they take 3/4 of your security deposit (even though we left the place in the same condition as when we moved in) and say it’s to cover the rest of your utilities and for cleaning. They also miscalculated our security deposit return and shorted us about $40 dollars and it’s been a headache trying to reconcile the mistake. Save your time and sanity, and find another place to live."

"**LATEST UPDATE :( ** Just as we thought everything was fixed - the dish washer started to leak- we ran the dish washer and when it finish the dishes were disgusting- It had black spots on it i don't know if this is was the dirty drainage or what not. I ran it again with a dish washer cleaner and it would continuously leak at the bottom left. We notified the leasing office over a week ago and they have not sent anyone out to check on it. It seems like ever since I updated the review they stopped putting in effort. Also- the window in the living room broke again and would not stay up. We thought they replaced the hinge on the window but it fell off again. When we followed up with the leasing office we were told the orders are handled in the order that it was put in...it's been over a week and 3 weeks since we moved in and we still can't use our dish washer. **FINAL UPDATE** HALLELUJAH !! Everything has been repair - The team were very professional and was able to fix everything. It was unfortunate of the condition the unit was in but now that everything has been remedied we’re very content - given that we moved in a week after the previous tenant moved out and it was thanksgiving week we understand and we’re glad everything was remedied quickly Thank you paramount team just move in today and I am quite disappointed with what we found- it didn’t seem like this apt was move in ready. - the dish washer is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. -there are rust on the rack Inside the dishwasher -there are mold around the sink in the kitchen - and none of the drawers in the kitchen were cleaned We bought dishwasher cleaner and turned on the dish washer and water starts to over flow on top of the sink I’ve emailed the leasing office so let’s see how quickly they can get this fixed and remedied Not the start we were hoping for **Update** we found more issues - Broken windows Broken shower faucet dish washer drain overflows when turns on blinds string missing and broken ac doesn't get cold **good news** - maintenance did come and fix most of the issues and the front office was very apologetic and helpful. -most of the issue has been repair except for the following - dish washer rack ( waiting for the new rack to come in ) -broken window rack/hinge - waiting for something- not sure what -ac not being cold - they're bringing in an AC tech to look at it -dish washer drain overflow- they haven't looked into this yet. -mold around the sink- still waiting for someone to fix this we're definitely heading towards the right direction and they've been very professional about the issues. I will update this once everything has been repaired"

He went above and beyond to make our move in experience seamless. Also, they replaced all the patio cushions/furniture so its brand new :)"

"Pathetic maintenance service. So is the policy of inaccessible maintenance manager whom you are not allowed to contact. We are stuck with no elevators for four days (since Saturday) and still no vendor to come to site to fix nor do we have any commitment of when this problem will be fixed. Elderly handicapped and sick relatives of mine are stuck in their flats failing to continue their medical treatment in the hospital due to irresponsible team. And the official answer is its lift wont be fixed today maybe Tomorrow. This cant be more reckless."

"2years ago Jefferson was great now its Paramount Joke triangle. Soon to be section 8 they way they run it and looks. And if you 1 day late on a Payment 50$ late fee and you can't Pay online so go get a cashiers check for another $10. And better make sure the amounts correct or they won't take it. Fix the furniture. You expect 100% of your payment we expects 100% of what we rented. Fire the 2 people in the office."
