South Park Lofts

"South Park lofts is a good place to live, we just moved in a few months ago and the staff has been nothing but helpful. If we need anything repaired they fix it right away .. and if the elevator is down they send out a notice before hand letting you know It’ll be down.. they also fix it right away so you don’t have to wait long.. it’s perfect for a independent person that isn’t so needy meaning it is a very independent place .. unless you ask for help and then they step in .. which is good for us we love that.. because we like our space you don’t have to worry about anybody breathing down your neck you have privacy!. Also everyone that I pass in the hallways and on the elevator are really nice.. you don’t have to worry about your packages/mail getting stolen either.. and just know if you do have a problem with anything they will fix it right away.. no noise except outside but like duh it’s downtown of course you will hear all type of noise music and homeless people screaming every so often lol Octavio Is the best! Btw :)"

"Location location location, for the first time in over 10 years renting in DTLA I can call this place home. Management is sincere and understanding, maintenance is quick to respond to any repair. I truly feel bad for many who did not have pleasant experience in this building, I would not jump to conclusions from seeing negative reviews. And if you work from home, you will absolutely love the floors, high ceiling and exposed brick wall."

"I visited a friend who is a resident at South Park Lofts and was amazed with the cleanliness, security and sense of community at this building. What amazed me the most is the great view from the rooftop and the amenities available. After visiting, if I move to DTLA, South Park Lofts will be my first option."

"This place is amazing! I fell in love since the first day I came to see it. Before I officially moved in! I love the industrial style keeping the original architecture, spacious apartments high ceiling, and laminated concrete floors. Easy to maintain. Amenities are equipped gym and the rooftop with great views awesome space to enjoy and relax (is my fav place). The location is excellent, close to everything and in a secured area. The management team and workers are incredible. They are always ready to assist. I never had an issue with or pending occurrence that they were not able to assist. Octavio the manager is super friendly, kind and helpful with and every situation. He’s always giving his best I would say the extra mile to have everything in place and keeping this complex in task. Joel is amazing, super professional and helpful too. He is the superman in the building!! Really awesome team!! I’ve been living here for 3 years and I am super happy with my apartment. I’m glad and blessed I found this apartment and community It meet’s my expectations. It’s exactly what I was looking and dreaming of. Honestly recommend living here."

"Management removed my previous review. I echo every bad review and encourage those considering renting to read the reviews on Yelp, especially the ones they’re trying to hide. I loved my actual apartment and the area but the building and management was too awful to work with… I lived here for 2.5 years. They stall and lie about every aspect of the building - amenities, building safety, building cleanliness, the elevator, etc. If you are seriously considering moving in after reading all the negative reviews the main thing I would talk to management about is the elevator. I’ve been told by multiple parties it’s beyond repair and they have a “long term plan” to replace it. I wouldn’t move into the building unless the elevator has been entirely replaced. We’ve been without the elevator for months at a time and management simply does not care."
