"Hands-down THEE BEST AMENITIES, FLOORPLANS, INTERIOR FINISHES I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I toured studio, 1br, & and 2br. Floorplans, so I was able to see a nice variety. I have also toured Packard, Skye, Pegasus, STOA, 1400 FIG, La Plaza, and Canvas LA, and out of all properties South Park by Windsor really captured that "home feeling" I have been searching for. I do NOT live here, so my review is based solely on the tour. The entrance is secure and so are the elevators, which require a fob key to access. I did a self-guided tour and also guided tour with Jalen, who was very helpful with answering any questions I had."
"I've been living here at Southpark by Windsor for over 6 months, and it has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Jalen in the Leasing Office. From the weekend I moved in he was so helpful and answered all my questions, and he is the most responsive when it comes to resident emails and follow up. Jalen is always happy to be here, and happy to help with delivery couriers, packages, amenity rentals, work orders and courtesy reminders for the community. Thanks to Jalen for always going above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Not to mention the property is always clean and well kept. I love the Southpark Team!!!"
"I had a tour once with Jalen in December, who is so amazing and nice. Fast forward now, Wanted to see other units but they didn’t have any available at the time. I was then able to schedule to tour again, but they canceled it the day I was supposed to go in and tour. I was contacted by someone named Grace, whoever that is, is terrible with communication. I had a reschedule tour and I missed it and when I emailed her to see when I can come in she stopped responding to my constant emails. I’m over it and will look elsewhere."
"Update review If you are thinking about unit 502 make sure they have fixed the leaks. Which are related to the garden above this unit. A year ago (1/2023) we had to flee from this unit after dealing with leaks about 5 times over the course of a year. Insurance covered nothing and we were told by management our situation was "an inconvenience". I've never been so disappointed. After living here for 3 years. We didn't want to leave but felt so abandoned by management. The unit is a great unit but you better be satisfied that this leak is fixed. Past review: Going on my second year living here, and we have really enjoyed it. In comparison to other complexes in the area the price, amenities and size of units is awesome."
"Southpark by windsor is the best place I ever lived. Great amenities, friendly neighbors and most importantly pet friendly. The property is well kept and has very quiet courtyards that are very relaxing. They have plenty of electric charging also you you drive an EV."
