"This review is a long time coming. First of all, for this price range, there are so many places to choose that are more walkable or better quality. This building is cheap and sinking or something. The floors are not leveled. Water does not sit in glass leveled and furniture needs to be supported on one side to be leveled or drawers are going to open on their own. The halls, etc., are tilted and it feels like a funhouse to walk around. The walls are so thin, you can hear phones ring in other units. They really do raise rent by $400-$500 every month and you would think this should be a more beautiful property with luxury decor like so many other choices! I feel like I'm living in a slum house compared and its so embarrassing when guests come over."

"We love it here! The staff, neighbors, the view, the unit itself is wonderful, tub, walk in closet, big balcony. The amenities are incredible too, gym, sauna, hot tub. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the laundry machines never charge the right amount. It’s mostly at least 2$ higher or super random and weird, which is beginning to become a big financial stressor that hasn’t been fixed yet. Other than that, happy life in the marina it’s a dynamite place to be. Def recommend :)"

"Your precious time is wasted by coming here. We made an appointment online, and we arrived 5 min before the meeting. We talk to a nice guy Henry. But there was no one else there to help us with our tour. So Henry called someone, and they were not going to come in to work today. Then a lady showed up and said I don't have an appointment in front of us, and then she looked confused and unhappy and advised us that she had a 10 am appointment that sounded like a hair or nail salon appointment. She never took off her glasses and just sat down to log in to her computer and ignored us. Henry handed her the guest card we filled out, but he had to put it on her desk, which she ignored. We asked her if she could give us a call when she could after her appointment. She said nothing. Now it's 4:30 pm the same day, and we have yet to receive any call and or any commutation. There are so many other places to live here in Marina Del Rey. So don't settle for less in your life with this place."

"If you are looking for an apartment in MDR come to St Tropez! Not only will you get a beautiful spacious apartment but the best service hands down! Mark is exceptional! Skilled and qualified! The entire team there genuinely care about the residents. They have all gone the extra mile. This is the place to live!"

"Although I am not a resident as of yet I'd like to share my experience over the past year. I have been looking for a place to live since Dec of 2021. I have been around many of the complexes in the Marina and found the units at St. Tropez to be spacious with great views. The leasing agent Natalie was friendly and easy going. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and worked with my schedule to come in and get a showing. When I arrived at the office she greeted me as if we were friends. It was genuine and authentic. When I asked about the other office staff members she spoke highly of them. Before we went off to see the units, she offered me some water and other beverages. I took the water, and she placed the gatorade in the fridge for me for when I leave. There was a new employee who joined us in our tour as it was her first day. She was respectful and observed as Natalie and I began the tour. There were many units I wanted to view and Natalie showed me all of them without any hesitation! The units were large, with ample amount of sunlight, but most importantly they had a view! We went back to the office to retrieve keys to another unit that hadn't been prepared for move in yet, but I insisted I'd like to see it. There I met Arsi, Mark, and Robert. These were the leasing manager, assistant manager, and the area manager. I like to know who is managing where I live. Robert had to run to a meeting, yet gave me the time to answer any of my questions that I had in regards to the building although anyone else in the office could have answered them. It is apparent to me that the synergy that is being created in the leadership role is one that is community based, fun, and energetic. I think this is extremely important (coming from an entrepreneur) because when your staff is happy and their energy is flowing in a positive manner it starts to pour over into the work they are doing (managing the building). This was a positive. Then as we went to see the final unit we ran into two residents that were so friendly to both me and Natalie. I am all about energy and community; what you give you get. Although I have not signed a lease yet, it is apparent management is doing something right bringing in the right people both to live in the community and manage the community as an energetic happy place. I will be heading back today to view some units in Capri and I am excited to go back and experience the Dolphin Marina lifestyle. As I walked out of the office Natalie grabbed the Grape Gatorade and told me to enjoy it on my drive home! -When I move in, I will update on my experience of living there! Best of Luck!"
