"I have lived in a studio bedroom apt from 2022 august until 2024 february. The property manager and this apartment will be etched inside my head as the most horrible and dreadful experience ever. Its a very basic mediocre apartment with bare minimum amenities but they charge quite a steep rent. Beware of your security deposit. They won't return it back to you but they are gonna send you a statement of the renovation they will do with your hard earned money. In my 10years long rental experience I have never had this experience, I have always received a portion of or full amount of security deposit back. Now I am gonna fight them at BBB and small claims court. The management changed three property managers in a course of 1 year. And now they got two ladies permanent because they are trained to rip you off of your security deposit and do the renovations on your hard earned money. There are plenty of other apartments in the area. Stay off this apartment."

"I currently live here. I moved in a few weeks ago. The move in process was easy and.the property management team was great. We had to put in a work order for a leak and it was handle with a day. The maintenance person that came to the house was also great. I've seen so many bad reviews about the apartments themselves, the staff or the area but my experience has been completely different. I moved here from the mountains where it is dark and quiet every single night. I just knew moving here back to the city, right next to a shopping center was going to be awful. But I really liked the location and the apartment so I did it anyway. I was wrong. There doesn't seem to be any issues at night except for a loud motorcycle once in a while. The other tenants are great. Even my dog likes it here. This washer/dryer combo in not great but there in a laundromat 200ft away and a laundry room about 100ft away."

"Horrible place to live at constant noise the rental company doesn’t care about the tenants they only care about the new tenants coming in once they got you they stop caring. You really do get the move in special when they paint over mold dead flies and random hairs painted over."

"Let me start by stating first that the apartment itself if great. My spouse and I moved into a one bedroom a few months ago. It's a bit drafty, and the floors are uneven. But we accept that as the charm of an older building. The residents are quiet, and the location is very convenient for commuting and access to our favorite stores. Prior to moving in the property manager had been frustrating, Twila Schuster responded to emails in pieces, ignoring anything that she must not seem pertinent. For example, after requesting for a third time via email an expected move in window with no response. I called her, and was rewarded a 20 minute lecture on the very demanding "ins and outs" of her responsibilities to include a brief history on her work and college experience. Since moving in, she has failed to meet her own communicated ability to be accountable or impressive. She often blamed her Office Assistant referring to him as "the poor thing" while I followed up on requests I'd made directly to her, that she personally assured me would be addressed. She has since become shorter in tone with me on the phone, which is a relief because the interactions have been more focused. After, I left a complaint with her office assistant, I have had little interaction with her directly, and hear from her assistant Austin more regularly. He has been polite, and able to reasonably take our requests and turn them into stress free resolutions. I really enjoy the space, and my neighbors and I'm glad to be settled in, and looking forward to a long stay, with quick and effortless solutions to the small issues I encounter while here."

"We've been living here for several months now and we LOVE IT! There is some normal daytime noise but that is to be expected in an apartment. It's not too loud and nights are nice and quiet. The hardwood floors, granite counters, large bathtub and vanity mirror with Hollywood style bulbs really give us a lavish feel. The best part is the location. We walk over to the grocery store for quick shopping and get brunch or dinner all the time. It is so nice to be able to have a couple drinks and walk home!!!"
