The Preston Miracle Mile Apartments

"DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE! Looks a lot more “glamorous” than it actually is! Also got burnt for my security deposit for no reason whatsoever and was lied to by the property manager. Leaks all the time and maintenance in and out of apartment all the time. People screaming and partying in apartments which can be heard thru the walls all night long. The cleaning person is great though"

"Wonderful office staff and maintenance crew. Avery is great at following through with any questions and requests while Noah and Edgar are always ready to take care of any service/maintenance requests that come their way. Love how dog friendly it is. Given the amount of construction going on around the surrounding neighborhood, it’s not my favorite location, but it’s a stone’s throw away from the park, tar pits and museum row."

"Can't say enough about the Dynamic Duo (Edgar and Noah), that's what I call them! Extremely, professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable! There's nothing these two gentlemen can't do. They are prompt in every task we give them! Nothing is too challenging or difficult for these guys! They are to be commended for all that they do! Thank you Edgar and Noah!!!"

"I have nothing but great things to say about my time at the Preston. The location and amenities are amazing, but what really stood out was the management and maintenance team. Any minor inconvenience was quickly responded to by Jefferey and his group, leaving us to feel like we were always being taken care of. We will truly miss the maintenance team, especially Edgar, whose infectious energy made every maintenance request feel like a visit from an old friend. For those considering the Miracle Mile area of LA, you would be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable property than the Preston!"

"Do Not Move Here! Worst office staff I have ever seen, I'm absolutely shocked how they ignore emails and calls. They will lie to your face and not follow up. They put on a good show to get you to sign the lease, don't fall for it. A class action law suit should be filed on this place with all the construction issues and water shutoffs (some times with out notice). Does anyone know a good lawyer?I recently had a water leak issue as the unit above flooded from construction. Maintenance entered my unit and damaged my property and also used my clothes to clean up the water on the floor, seriously? Residents pay too much money here to be treated this way. People do your research and look for better places in the area, I would pay more for better service than be treated this way."
