"Hello everyone, We visited this place for the first time three months ago and the experience was unpleasant. The people at the reception have a quite negative attitude. We arrived at the place and the receptionist told us to go outside to fill out the forms and then she said that she had told us that there was no place to sit, she spoke in a low tone and reluctantly as if she was upset about something... I can't say the same. from the terepist who was very professional in assisting us. The truth is we had to go somewhere else and cancel the appointments here because of this unpleasant experience.
