"The hallway carpet is always full of spots, the adm cleans it but the people here are so dirty that it is full of spots immediately after cleaning it. The residents cannot even take out their trash bags without making the hallway dirty. We are so close to the airport and the noise is constant. If you come to see the apartments during the day, you will not notice how noisy this apartment can get, but wait until you get a lease and is already dark. They dont have double windows like in many other buildings around here for noise reduction. The walls are very thin, just hope for a silent next door neighbor. And let’s not even talk about the fact that there is a food-truck that parks in the parking lot in front of the building attracting many noisy and barbarian people. We constantly wake up during weekdays around 2-3am due to people that are buying from that ft screaming, hearing very loud music in their cars with open windows or racing cars and motorcycles that come around to make a lot of noise. Plus their curtains are modern but do not block sun at all, so if you cannot sleep with light you will definitely be awake as soon as the suns get out, the rooms always get very bright and clear, which is nice but there is no way of avoiding it unless you install new curtains and then fix it to return the apartment once your leasing ends."

"I found a unit on the website. I called and Mr. Dontrell Davis picked up. From there, he made it the easiest bestest leasing experience of my life. He showed me the unit, walked me through the amenities, and explained the process in detail. I had many questions, all of which he was genuinely glad to answer and be as informative as possible. He helped me every step of the way up until I received my keys, and beyond. He even went as far as suggesting internet, handyman, and many other miscellaneous services that I wanted to get done in my unit. I can not imagine a leasing experience better than this. The unit itself is akin to a luxury hotel. all the appliances, light fixtures, doors, and cabinets are top grade. The amenities are extraordinary. But most importantly, Mr. Davis cared and made me feel welcome at Eastway. I am so happy I live here. Wonderful place with wonderful people!"

"I have not moved into Eastway as yet, so this review may change in a couple of months. I would like to begin with Danielle, the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with, she is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the building/area. They made the application process super easy and no-hassle (I am coming from Canada, and was expecting a harder time!) I must admit, I asked a lot of questions and thought they would get fed up, but no! Danielle was always swift and courteous. I unexpectedly showed up to the building and she was glad to give me a tour on the spot! The building is very clean, and inside smells very good compared to most buildings I have visited. They have great amenities and are very well maintained. The rooftop view is wonderful, with a view of the airport tarmac to see takeoff and landings! Dont worry, inside the building is very well insulated, I couldnt hear noises from planes or traffic. The location is also great for me as I work in the airport and surrounding Eastway, you have tons of restaurants, shopping and more!"
