"Totally agree with all the people about new management and the owner. If you want to feel miserable this is the perfect place for you! New greedy owner raised the rent for approximately $200 within the first year of ownership and then it went up again, and again without making any changes to the complex (investing in it). We had a mold in the ceiling, and the way they fixed the issue was just one coat of a primer over the mold ruining our wooden furniture while doing that, and not to mention that the owner was trying to enter every single unit without permission... You've been warned! Good luck!"

"I lived at this complex for over 10 years and the new owner is the greediest person I’ve ever dealt with. Previous owner and managers were amazing, new management and owner should be ashamed of themselves. If you end up renting here prepare to be miserable, cadman group is horrible management company and you can look them up if you don’t believe me. good luck !"
