Copa Pacific Apartments

"Teresa Graham is Harassing, Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly management just as others have mentioned here. I called to notify her about her tenants dumping onto homeowners private property and that I had put their items back onto their property as our homeowners made complaints about tenants dumping. All Teresa did in return was scream and yell instead of finding an amicable solution together. She called 5 times after I told her I wouldn’t talk to her any further since she chose not discuss the matter in a calm and professional manner."

"please stop ignoring my emails regarding my past due security deposit refund and detail. theresa graham is my only point of contact at the moment (and for my entire tenancy at copa pacific) and she has been unresponsive. please have her or someone contact me with an update. it’s been well over 21 days and i have not received a check or proof that one was sent before the 21 day mark after move out."

"The apartments are clean and spacious and the amenities awesome. However management of this complex makes renting here not worth it. Several current residents are looking for new locations due to constant harassment and threats of fines by the miserable manager. She actually told a child that was laughing in the pool at noon on a Wednesday she was being too loud because she could be heard through her open office window. Residents are often receiving emails and texts with passive aggressive complaints and rules not in the lease. Rent elsewhere."

"I lived here in 2015. While the building is a bit old, it is VERY well taken care of by management, including the apartments themselves, the pool and hot tub, grounds, etc. My 2 bedroom was quite roomy and had a balcony overlooking the pool area. There are restaurants on the same block and a liquor store. The beach is less than ten minutes away and pets are welcome. I miss living here!"

"Unresponsive management. Awful experience. Lived downstairs from a selfish, neglectful dog owner who left her 85 pound dog howling,whining and banging against its confinement for hours every day until late at night. When she finally would let it out, it would gallop all over the apartment, and wake us up nightly, it sounded like it would crash through our ceiling. Tenant would then stomp around for hours slamming and dropping things deliberately, because the unprofessional ex manager had told her that we complained about the noise.This all happened well past the "quiet" hours written on lease. We sent numerous emails to management with documentation and recordings but they still attempted to ignore and gaslight us for several months. We did finally get out, due to our continuous documentation, and we moved to a much better place,. We now have considerate neighbors, responsive management and lower rent. So grateful to be out of there! We are finally able to get enough sleep, and exercise our right to peaceful enjoyment in our home."
