"Wondering if you will be scr#wed out of your deposit. Oh yes you will be. - $74.80 Unknown charge There’s no way to email management, everything must be done over the phone. Make sure you record conversations because whatever they say means F all. Zero accountability. - $130 Cleaning Upon checkout we were told everything was fine ;) we were also told “not to worry about cleaning” since the balcony needed to be repaired and that would leave a huge mess. FYI we lived with a hole in the balcony for our entire 3 year stay. - $104.41 Painting We left the place better than it was when we moved in. Every single hole was patched up, sanded down and painted. - $494.46 Carpet replacement. They claim there were urine stains from our cat, sure, cause our cat loved to pee on carpets. When we asked for photo proof they never provided it. The carpet was falling apart already when we moved in. Not only did we have to live with that piece of junk for 3 years, but we also had to pay for its replacement once we moved out. Beware and avoid Willow Tree at all costs. Sauna only worked for a few months. Paper thin walls. Jacuzzi barely ever gets cleaned. Rules, rules, rules for everything. Good luck trying to hang out at the pool with a guest. One of the leasing office staff lived opposite our apartment and had a puppy which they kept out all night on the balcony. It would cry non stop for hours every night. Oh and rent will increase by 10% like clockwork once a year. READ other reviews ;)"

"I’ve lived here for about 5 years and just recently moved. Overall, the apartment was decent and the theme was pretty nice (mountain/outdoors-like). The main things I would improve are the amenities, mainly the gym (no weight rack) and the laundry room (persistent malfunctions in certain dryers and washers). I wouldn’t call this a “luxury apartment” but for the price it was good enough for me."

"I lived here for a year. The place was infested with termites and we complained several times. They did nothing. Then in the middle of the night the wood beam above us made a slight noise and an entire nest, and I mean this was as gross as you can imagine it, landed on us while we were sleeping. My wife refused to sleep in the bed again because it was covered with termites and eggs for days, as we had to evacuate. I mean there was a swarm. Thick like fog. Worse than it sounds even. Had they done something a couple months before when we complained of finding groups of these bugs around the apartment, maybe they could have stopped it before it got too bad. Not only did they not replace anything. They tried to send USA bill for new carpet because the area where the termites were couldn’t be cleaned all the way. This place sucked. They tried to keep our full security deposit and I had a lawyer contact them. They finally tried giving back all but a $300 fee for the cleaning the carpet. I said I thought you put in new carpet? The carpet wasn’t new when I moved in either and they said they always had new carpet. They had ours cleaned well but I found dust areas in corners that showed it was not new, as well as some slight fading. I went in and asked for a check while they were showing another apartment and they said ok. Then the potential tenant left and they said no and made an excuse. I finally just let it go. DONT LIVE HERE!! Read the other reviews."

"I applied and was told i was approved but then they asked me to provide $2750 for a deposit instead of the $1000 i was originally told. All of the ads said the deposit was $0-$1500 so I'm not sure where these magical numbers came from. I definitely feel discriminated against."

"The maintenance guy stole my Tiffany ring when he came to fix my carpet. He also said he won't charge for the carpet, and then we got a bill stating otherwise. Management has very absurd rules, and people who work there don't really care about tenants and do the bare minimum."
