"Haven’t been to this pharmacy in years because the elder man that is a pharmacist lied about my prescription not being valid and even yelled at me so when I left there with my very valid prescription that I had been getting for years to go to another very reputable pharmacy down the street, they filled it no problem and I’ve gone to them since and they always have my prescriptions ready, they’re kind, professional and I even saved $$ So, I’m so glad that he was so suspicious rude and unprofessional because this other pharmacy that has been in business for decades is 100 x better in every way. I saw other reviews here, seems like this elder man has real issues. Also, re the other review that I read here..do NOT go to MedicoreRX.. my Aunt went there and had a horrible time ever getting her life support medications and had to call the doctor to have them retrieve her medications and have them transferred over.. big mess there and if you do happen to get anyone on the phone, they’re rude and hang up on you. Used to be, going to the neighborhood pharmacy was never a hassle and you felt secure knowing that your health was in good hands w the local pharmacist. What a shame that so many of these local pharmacies are dwindling and going out of business and yet you have Taft which my family had gone to decades ago and the owner/pharmacist old guy lies and yells at you and refuses to do his job."
"Awful service! Called to see if they could coumpound a medication, old guy who answered the phone was lost in regards to medication names and formulas, did not make an effort to listen to me, and told me he couldnt help me! Dont go there."

"Rude! And they are either dishonest or have terrible policies about accepting new clients. If you're a new client trying to fill a prescription that was written by your doctor in Beverly Hills, or anywhere in the Westside-- forget about it! They'll simply turn you away, saying that state law dictates you must get your prescription filled in Beverly Hills if it's a narcotic. That's a lie. A lie made obvious by me walking down the street to CVS where the same scrip was easily filled. So I hope it's just their store policy that someone there misquoted as a law instead of an outright lie. But either way, it's not worth the waste of time, the hassle, or the frustration."
