"I lived here roughly for two years. Overall, my experience was terrific. Everybody at the front desk is super sweet and very responsive. Maintenance crew are always happy and go out of their way to provide customer service. The location is also super central and ~20 mins away from the airport. "I had given this place 5 stars, but the last couple of months have changed my mind COMPLETELTY. My lease is up in November and it can not come soon enough. Before I begin there is one thing I have to say. When I first toured this place we were told only hardwood floors will be offered for the 1st floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor will have to be carpeted to help noise reduction. Now, on to the review. Leasing Office: The complaints are not taken seriously, in any manner what so ever. For instance, I went in to make a formal complaint about an employee. The first words out of the mangers mouth were "Should I sit down, or will this be quick.". I was so astonished that this was said to me, I have lived here for almost 4 years and make sure I am kind and respectable to all staff, especially maintenance crew who are constantly working . Although I should not be surprised. This is coming from the same staff member, who when I had a loud downstairs neighbor, told me don't worry, they are moving out in 3 months. THAT WAS THE SOLUTION, they are gone in 3 months. Fast forward to now, come to find out the are putting hardwood floors in every apartment now, including the 2nd and 3rd floors. And guess what, I know have to listen to EVERY STEP, and I mean EVERY STEP, my upstairs neighbors make. And let me tell you, they stay up late. I have complained 4 times and nothing was resolved. But what can you do, they put in hardwood flooring with CLEARLY NO INSULATION, its honestly not even their fault (my neighbors). I am currently listen to them stomp around right now. Its awesome. I could go on, but I have more topics to cover. The Amenities: They are horrible. The 4 barbecues are never cleaned they have cobwebs all over them and underneath, with huge black widows. Honestly not good. The pool/spa has been closed more times than I can count and the last time I even glanced at the spa it was a nasty muk green. The gym equipment is not "luxury". These apartments are not luxury apartments in any sense. Repairs: The maintenance people are cool, and honestly the only thing I like about this place now. However, the 3rd party contractors they hire do the worst work. The apartment above me leaked after remodeling it was completed. After they finished fixing my damaged wall from the leak (same people) my bathroom leaked, FROM THE SAME SPOT that it leaked from up stairs. If you tour these apartments, look close, you'll see the shoddy work for yourself. In closing: I have no other place to vent, the company that owns this property sucks. And I get it, the people who work here are people too, but I pay an insane amount of money to live here and I am beyond disappointed in what this place has become. Hurry up November I am hitting the door RUNNING."

"Broadleaf is a great all around complex to live in! Its in a great neighborhood, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The complex itself is kept in good shape and very well maintained. The rooms and floorpan is very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our new home!"
