"Hector one of the maintenance staff here at Harvest is very efficient and responsive. Every time I submit a maintenance request on the online portal he responds quick. Just recently I put in a request and the same day within 30 minutes or less which I didn’t expect to be done in the next couple of days, he surprisingly showed up at my front door eager to fix the issue and came prepared with the equipment that needed to be replaced. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Maintenance is very responsive at this complex and deserve to be recognized for their customer service. Thank you for making the maintenance issues seamless and doing an excellent job."

"I lived at Harvest for two years. When the time came to leave, when I gave them my notice, they charged me $700 for 7 days. Before I left, I gave them a $600 deposit and they inspected the house. The maintenance manager said that there was no need for any work since everything was clean. The apartment was cleaned and left flawless. No paint needed, no deep cleaning, or anything like that. My mom spent over 6 days cleaning. I just read a notice about their final statement that they will have to pay back $163 out of $600, which is really sad. The management is extremely bad. They have no communication or customer service skills, and they rip their tenants off by renting one bedroom apartments for $2500. I am thankful that I left this smelly and dirty place. to all new tenants before thinking about moving to this place tripe check with them if needed get thri sign and notarize it. To avoid this headache, come to the Vela apartments and move in for just $99. all the amenities are ten times better than Harvest & world class decide with professional . I'm so disappointed with the lack if their leadership at harvest . I am grateful that I am now living at the best place in Tracy, the Vela."
