"Dr. Jill Kelly is absolutely fantastic. I only wish half that praise could be shared with her office staff; from receptionist to office manager, North Coast Audiology's staff is rude and argumentative; practices customer disservice (and likely wouldn't know good customer service if they accidentally tripped over it at work); and are rank incompetents when it comes to their office duties. It's sad that this staff does such a disservice to a competent, professional and polite specialist."
"Avoid at all costs. They do not do a good job and they lie about their insurance billing and costs. You will be much better off with better results from the free hearing test at costco. Also, Costco's hearing aids are about half the price"
