"I have been here my entire life, so I guess I've had some experience. My dad's car window has been broken TWICE in a year, and the maintenance takes way too long. About five years ago, we needed a replacement dishwasher. Still waiting on that. They never fail to get on my mom's nerves. The manager, Brenda, always says she's going to do something, but never does. I remember I was literally minding my own business outside with my friends, but then someone complained to the manager to say we were throwing dirt/rocks. WE NEVER DID. So then, we "couldn't play outside." We still did. If there's another option, take it."

"I love this place! I’ve been here about four years. I had my car broken into once but I should have had an alarm so that’s my fault. The maintenance is excellent never takes long. I remember one time we had a pest problem. They took the pest problem more serious than I did and I think that’s great. The manager Brenda is awesome she always return my calls very quickly. The rent prices are very reasonable. I plan on being here until I move in a house that I’m buying."
