"The apartments themselves are ok, however, the on-site manager is very disrespectful and spiteful to tenants for no reason. I would have stayed there for much longer if she wasn't there."
"The place is nice, but they have Water Beetles see attached photos. I believe they were planted but who knows. The management is Not super responsive and they are too busy to bother with you. There are tenants who have been living there for more than 20 years with out updated carpets, paint etc. one is still living with a hole in his wall. Said it was the upstairs toilet leaking into the wall. I read about the owner and property management (same people) where they somehow misplaced $604,000 of rental deposits. It just disappeared! Be careful renting from this place. They have a woman who is always making problems for someone. She takes your money for the credit check and then says no you don’t qualify. It should be simple enough to total up the numbers before you run the report right? Even I can figure that out. She will still take your money then deny you. I was there when they had ran over 40 applications @ $ 46 a pop! That alone is $2000. Check out the DRE under the broker and sales agents license numbers. If they can do what they did what else are they willing to do?"
"A simply amazing place to live! Management is incredible and super responsive. The apartments are very well kept & lots of room! Perfect location."
"The manager wouldn’t even consider me as an applicant because when I was 19 (6 years ago and over a year after an eviction is erased from your credit report) I had an eviction due to my roommate and I no longer have those papers..... again, this was 6 years ago...... I work in the legal field and have NEVER heard of a complex asking for your evictions papers after the 5 year time frame. Very suspicious."
