Sycamore Place is a luxurious affordable housing complex located at 35 Laurel Drive in Danville, California. The institution offers a range of amenities including wall-to-wall carpeting, all-electric kitchen, air-conditioning, deck/patio, emergency call system, elegant community room with kitchen, library, craft and game room, laundry facilities, elevators, beautiful landscaped areas with a community garden, assigned surface parking, and professional on-site management.

This charming community is the first affordable housing complex in Danville's history, offering 74 apartments for seniors on a three-acre parcel in the downtown area. Conveniently located near shops, services, and public transportation, Sycamore Place is within a half-mile of the town's main library and community center which offers many senior programs. The institution has received prestigious awards such as the Gold Nugget "Best in the West" award and the "2003 Best Community Impact/Suburban" award by the San Francisco Business Times.

Designed by The KTGY Group and built by Segue Construction, Sycamore Place has financial partnerships with Bank of America, Citibank, Union Bank of California, Town of Danville, and County of Contra Costa. The institution will be accepting pre-applications for their waitlist starting on July 13, 2023, at 9AM. Income and other restrictions apply, and small pets are welcome at Sycamore Place.
