"We’re moving our daughter in next month and want to thanks Priscilla for all her help and guidance through everything. We met with the maintenance supervisor and he also was able to show us around. Thank you and we look forward to visiting our daughter as much as we can!"

"Convenient location. Very close to Berkeley campus and many restaurants and sights. Very close to sorority and fraternity houses so thats fun. Outside of building is a little worn but apartments themselves are very nice. Management is usually pretty quick with maintenance and other issues. Garage is secure and I haven't had trouble parking my car. Elevator inside the building is a little slow but more convenient than stairs. Overall, a great place to live while going to UCB."

"These apartments are wonderful ever since the new property manager took over. They are very responsive and helpful! The inside of the apartments themselves look very beautiful ever since they got a revamp but the inside of the building needs a little love. These apartments are SO close to UCB and so many other restaurants and beautiful views. The parking garage is very secure and requires a key to get inside. Even the front door is locked which gives me peace of mind that random people can't come inside. Maintenance is usually pretty quick whenever you put in a request. The laundry facility is very convenient and pretty clean. I love it here! Thanks Priscilla!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management clearly does not care about the well being or safety of tenants. During our time, the garage has been open 24/7 for an extended period of time (allowing any outsiders to not only come into the garage, but access to the entire apartment), toilet has broken multiple times, the key to multiple resident's mailboxes has been broken (so everyone's mail, including checks, is a free for all for anyone to take), saw rodents, multiple broken things in the apartment, and so much more. The worst part is that management is not timely in responding or fixing these issues. Dear other students: If there is another apartment you are looking at that is slightly more expensive, it may be worth the investment to save yourself from some major headaches."

"Not impressed... great location to Cal but a terrible onsite manager employed by a corporate group (FPI Management with many complaints on the BBB site) taking advantage of low-to-no income students. Absolutely get everything in writing. Take photos when you move in and again when you move out. We're in the process right now disputing the amount of security deposit they kept. Most students don't know what to do, so don't do anything. They are slumlords, in my opinion, thriving on the fact that Berkeley has an extreme housing shortage. Shame on them!"
