"I had the pleasure of staying at a furnished apartment from Millennium Flats for a few months for work. My experience at Millennium Flats and specifically Kevin seems to have been the opposite to the other reviews. The furnished apartment was beautifully decorated and provided all the necessities I was looking for (heater/AC, washer/dryer, kitchen with fridge and stove, wifi, and private parking). The neighbors were all very pleasant as well. Though the surrounding area seems a little skeptical, it was honestly pretty safe. The only thing I could complain about was that the private parking spot is not too friendly to vehicles that aren’t at least the size of an SUV as pulling up the driveway would guarantee scrape the heck out of your bumper. It’s so steep that I had to build some wooden ramps to safely get my vehicle in and out of the driveway. Besides the parking issue, I really enjoyed staying here. As far as my experience with Kevin, I would describe our conversations as very dry but he was always respectful towards me as I was to him. I would definitely rent from Kevin again in the future if my work sends me back around the area."

"Strongly agree on Kaylin's comment. I hope I did read the review before visiting the property and paid my application fee. Kevin didn't show up at our appointment tour, so I had to communicate with him via text/phone calls, I asked him a couple of questions back and forth to clarify the leasing term and rental price. In our text he said I'm asking dumb questions which cause him waiting too long for me to sign the lease(only 1 days after I applied) Then, he seems impatient about me asking questions anymore and canceled my lease for no reasons. The unit I visited was nice, however, I feel so lucky he showed this attitude and personality before I signed the lease. It's a little bit scary to work with someone who are impulsive and unstable on the mood."

"On the phone with Kevin for less than 5 minutes and it felt like pulling teeth. Kevin has no social skills, he is rude and claims to be protective over his unit and I straight up asked him if he had been burned before to try and gain some insight on this guys lack of people skills/customer service. I wonder why you haven't had any applicants there buddy, you want to know personal details before anyone is even allowed to see the unit. At the end of the very short call he says "you know, I think as property manager/tenant, we just won't get along." All of that was gathered in a 3 minute phone call? Clearly you don't want this unit to be rented or you are just that much of a misogynist. Renters beware of Kevin Guibara, there are other reviews out there for Millennium Flats and they are the epitome of a SLUMLORD. Thanks for continuing to be the problem for renters. You have some major issues to unpack my guy, go seek professional help for your anger problems. This guy has a "mad at the world" tone of voice and demeanor. Stay far, far, far away."
