"I called in advance to make an appointment and they asked my budget I said 1750 as they have studios listed at 1625. The women on the phone booked my appointment. I drove from San Jose and waited 20 mins pasted my appointment time. Finally when someone arrived they said all the prices online are wrong and starting price is 1895. The women on the phone didn’t tell me that all the prices online were wrong especially after I told her what my budget was and she should have known that the listing prices online we’re incorrect. Don’t waste your time."

"I am very disgusted with this place, have communicated to manager that we need help with my apartment toilet over flowing, water in the shower when used does not go down drain, walls have gotten molded, as well as carpet it’s been months and maintenance still has not came to check it out…. Very bad experience do not recommend"

"I was nothing but a model tenant. Alwaaaaays paid on time. But according to them I missed several months before and had to argue this frequently. Also other people were always there doing the same thing, arguing that they had paid their rent also. Getting out of this apt was also a nightmare. Unprofessional office. They missed our first scheduled pre move out inspection. I had to call to reschedule. Also they said I’d receive notice in the mail about my last months rent which never came. I had to again call and figure out how much was owed. At which point again they now email me because I’ve tried every way to get this notice and finally I get a notice saying I owe them rent still from previous months. Againnnn I call and finally figure out my last 20 days rent. My wife pays them the rent for those 20 days in check. They later return the check in the mail to the place I just returned to them so I no longer live there and they send me mail there. It’s very obvious they know I don’t live there. I’ve returned them this apt. Luckily I get a hold of this letter ,through friends there, stating that they’ve looked for me everywhere and were unsuccessful in reaching me. Hey, how about trying the number, or email, or address I’ve left for you guys to send my deposit to. A deposit that by the way I’m stillllllll waiting for. I hope they realize I’ve moved out and returned them their apt and send it to my new place. This place is by far THE WORST MANAGEMENT/LEASING OFFICE I’ve ever dealt with. Dealing with this office is such a pain. Two weeks later and I’m trying to figure out how to get my deposit and no one returns emails or calls. If you don’t believe me try for yourself but I promise you’ll be regret moving here."
