"I have been living at Locale for a 2 years after renewing my lease and I love it! What’s not to like?! Prime location, modern appliances and furnishings, super friendly staff, fast and responsive maintenance (thanks to Osvaldo and team!), free parking with charging stations, my packages are secure and I feel safe in the building and the area. Julie runs a tight ship and you can tell she cares for the building like it’s her own. Thanks folks!"
"Everyone who works here has been great to my wife and I (nice, help, timely, professional, and friendly). The property is well maintained. We did luck out with having our bigger patio. The hottub, grill, and seating area on the roof are also great places to hang out"
"We rented our 2 bedroom unit remotely (long-distance move), but Julie (management) made it a breeze and we couldn't have been happier with our place! We absolutely loved our time at Locale. Management is amazing and Osvaldo (facilities) is super friendly and fixed any issue incredibly quickly. Our unit was quite large - very spacious living room, kitchen was great with lots of cabinets, both bedrooms were spacious (with a walk-in closet in the master), 2 bathrooms (one especially large one), a lot of storage space for an apartment, and a nice balcony with quite a view! The building was very quiet (you can't hear your neighbors at all) and everyone we met here was very friendly. I highly recommend Locale to anyone looking for a great apartment complex in Redwood City, and if you can grab our corner unit on the top floor, it was pretty great :)"
"Well-run luxury apartments! We've LOVED living at Locale for over 3 years now. It's a 2-block walk to Caltrain (35 min train to SF), 15 min drive to Stanford, and free/ample street parking (which no other RWC complexes have). We love the upscale amentities like the gym, lounge, and rooftop bbq & jacuzzi. The staff is also amazing, from Julie & Audra in the office, to Osvaldo & Leo who fix everything so fast! Hands down the best apartment complex we've ever lived in."
