"My experience living at Bell Mt. Tam has been nothing short of awesome. Elayne couldn't be nicer and has been very accommodating. Nick, the newest member on the team has been amazing. He is very efficient with his work and remembered to come back the next day for a follow up. The pool, hot tub and Bell Mt. Tam amenities are probably the best Marin county has to offer. They keep the grounds clean and everyone is dog friendly and super cool, not to mention the sweeping panoramic views of Mt Tam."

"I’ve lived here for 7 years, and I don’t have any complaints. The current staff seem to care about the property, and the maintenance crew are timely and efficient (even if they’re understaffed at times). The units are modern and spacious, and we love the layouts (we’ve lived in the 2bed/2bath, and now the townhome). Really nice space, and many of the upper units even have vaulted ceilings. Worth checking out! The location is stellar, with quick access to the highway or the walking path to Larkspur. You definitely need a car if you want to live here. Charging ports for electric cars are limited, but that’s a growing concern everywhere (and there are super chargers all over the place). Highly recommended."

"I moved here about a month ago and love it. It's a great location, and my apartment has a great layout, nice appliances, and solid structure/decent sound proofing. Elaine in the front office was super helpful answering my leasing and moving-in questions. Tom is the new manager and he's been very helpful as well. I've had a few minor maintenance items, and have had the opportunity to meet Nick, the maintenance manager. He is absolutely incredible, super responsive, helpful, and takes the time to explain things."

Elaine in the leasing office is super conscientious and has always been helpful. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, the maintenance crew-Nick and Eric--have responded in a timely manner and done a really nice job. And Esperanza, who cleans the buildings, is incredibly hardworking and does a great job. It feels good to call this place home."
