"My oxygen concentrator stopped working last night. I twice left messages with their "urgent" number ("We will respond in 20 minutes."). No one responded. I tried calling their other numbers, always got a robot telling me to leave a message. I left several, no response. I am feeling the effects of no oxygen supplementation. My helper is considering driving 15 miles to their office to get help. My history with Kadence has been unsatisfactory (I thought Ieft a review detailing the many problems I've had with them, but I don't see it here.) I may end up in the ER because of their non-response to my calls today."

This time they notified me when it was time to get my resupply; then they put my eligible items on a webpage that I just need to decide and pick what I wanted; and lastly, they sent out my order in two days, that surprised me a bit."
