"Store in SE Rochester is a great store! Every time I have gone into this store for samples, supplies, or paint, the staff here is always willing to reach out to see if they can help! I have bought a lot of paint from this store (basically all paint to paint interior walls of my own home). Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and have great advice on which paints and sheens to use. Recently, I had some paint that was older, maybe a year old, but still good paint. I opened it up to find a little rust had formed around the lip. I closed it back up and brought the paint up to this store to verify the paint was still good and if the paint could be filtered to remove the rust chunks. I walked out there, the gal filtered the paint and put paint in a new can for no cost! Great customer service here! They treat existing/loyal customers great here!!"

"Your Sales Associates were helpful with steering me to color ideas in what I was looking for so I could make a final decision / we moved from new home to a home that needs TLC so lots of things to ponder!! I would say I won’t let people go ahead of me as we had to come from Preston MN 3 times - once to get my color ideas which was fine so I could look at them at home! 2nd time had my colors but let one person ahead of us and then they all went ahead of me while we waited!! So then had to come back again to pick up all of the paint they mixed for us the next day!! But we didn’t want to make your clerk stay late to mix everything as it was closing time. Note she was absolutely excellent & helpful. We’ll be coming to you for all of our future paint!!"
