"I went to Level 4 PT after more than two years of suffering from an undiagnosed pain in my abdomen. I was also struggling with pain in my hip, thigh, buttocks and groin. Although walking was my exercise of choice—often logging 40-45 miles per week—I was unable to walk 1/8 of a mile. I could not sleep or sit for longer than 30 minutes. I was somewhat skeptical when a doctor recommended Pelvic Floor therapy, but I was desperate for relief. I had come to believe that—at 57 years old—my body was simply in a state of decline. I was taking anti-inflammatories daily, and was scheduled for an epidural in my thoracic spine to alleviate the pain. I researched Pilates studios online and chose Level4PT Pilates for several reasons: introductory interview , “taster session”, and warm and friendly staff. I’ve been going to twice a week sessions for several weeks and am very pleased. The staff are positive, knowledgable and explain the moves in detail. The studio is bright and well maintained.
