"Terrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes in line before the associate tending to the covid vaccines had to tell the lady behind the counter to help me and when she did finally help me she found my name and prescription then proceeded to answer her personal cell phone to speak with "katie" whispering can you give me like 2 mins Katie. She left my prescription sitting on the counter and told me this is a first time taking the medication that the pharmacist will go over it. I told her no need ive taken it before. Then she kneeled down hiding on the side of the counter by the door to talk on her cell phone ignoring me completely. The pharmacist had already been dealing with the patient before me for quite some time considering she had many questions. So I grabbed my medication and left since I didn't need the consult anyways.2"
"I must have come at the wrong time because the staff seemed eager to get to lunch. And although the sign said "walk ins for Covid vaccine", I was told do go online to make an appointment, and when I did, the site said no appointments available. Luckily there was a Walmart neighborhood market right around the corner, and I got in and out in no time."
"I got my first Covid shot with Aziz. It was an extremely quick, funny, and professional experience. He went through his preliminary safety questions and then went “Okay, I’m going to do it on 3... 1, *squeezes arm* done- sorry.” Haha I was baffled. I could hardly feel it and I was in and out of his chair in 2 minutes tops. I came in a couple hours early for the shot and they accepted me right away. I feel a very slight heaviness in my arm but nothing too bad. It’s only been less than 15 minutes."
