This is my first time bringing one of my babies the wait was horrible I have other things to do and we are still waiting and the only reason why I havent left its because my newborn has to be seen. Not coming here again! and the stuff they have to use to use there equipment is just a wow. Dont bring your kids"

"Front desk was really rude , like just the attitude and tone. If you don’t like your job find a new one . As a new patient coming into this place definitely will not be coming here anymore . I asked for discharge paper after my girls received their vaccinations and front desk lady looked at my like I was dumb clearly she doesn’t know by law patients can ask for things like that . Liset M (back office) did handle patient care well that would be my only reason for giving this place one star . DO Better get off your chairs and work as a team people bring their children here! Place is also dirty ."

"The worst clinic ever. The staff there are so lazy and unprofessional. I had an appointment for a nurse visit, got there 20 minutes before my schedule. When I asked how much longer it was going to take. The nurse said, she'll call me in whenever she had time for me. I do not recommend this place."

"Stay away!!!! Terrible wait time over an hour in a very hot muggy waiting room. My son was already hot from being sick and having a burning fever so I cracked the door and the assistant charged over yelling to close the door like I was her disobedient child. I even asked why are you angry with me and taking an open door personally. The way she instinctively yelled and felt like she had any kind of authority over me shows what a toxic person she is in her personal life. Hope she has no kids. No boundaries whatsoever, and the doctor was literally getting upset my sons fever was 101 degrees and not over. She doesn’t worry till it’s over 101 and I should know this and shouldn’t have been so careless to her busy schedule. I’m not the dr and yet she was berating us for not knowing what she (claims to) know. Stay away and do not subject your kids to these terrible monsters. They gave shots to the wrong kid and again raised their voice to yell at the mother (their patient) for not telling them they had the wrong person like they could even know they were messing up. I pray these people do not reproduce and all reading this report and keep away from these horrible people and toxic environment they are so comfortable being in and subjecting children to. Also assistants had very foul mouths lots of cussing and loud inappropriate sex talk."

"RUDE STAFF!!!!! Been going there for 10 years and I’ve had enough with these new girls they hired!!! Tried to go get my son a shot but they wouldn’t let my younger ones in!! I’m a single mother and have no family and my son needed shots to go back to school and I have no one to help me watch them and the girl at the front desk Said it wasn’t her problem I should figure it out!! So now I’m taking my 6 kids somewhere else!! I understand if it’s a covid issue but she didn’t even say that she said they were a distraction for the doctor so now they will no longer have my 6 kids as patients!!!"
