"Today I was helped by Marchon, she greeted me with a smile and was very upbeat and pleasant! She asked me if I was looking for anything else besides the butter I brought to the counter cause she saw me looking behind her and I said yes! I was hoping to find some Pokemon cards. She said they keep them locked behind there so I am glad she asked if I needed anything else cause I would have walked out with out purchasing the additional 80$ worth of items:) she made my day. She also made sure I put in my care card number and helped me save. Total sweetheart and made me feel like my neighbor cvs is a friendly place to shop. Thank you so much. I would have filled out the cvs website survey but I selected no receipt on the pin pad and I can’t fill out the cvs survey with out the receipt code. They should change that. Super helpful and I am a happy customer thank you again Marchon"

"The pharmacy is incompetence. I have to use cvs because of my dumb insurance and I have tried to pick up medication there 4 times. All 4 times there is an issue. They can never find any prescriptions. I’ve literally sat in the Dr’s office and watched them submit the prescription and I go to pick it up and they have nothing and can’t find anything. I’ve used their own system on the website to transfer medication over and the outgoing pharmacy says it’s transferred but cvs lost it somehow. Incompetent."
