"I do not know what happened this Walgreens, but their service level has gone way down. My experience was I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pickup and when I arrived, they couldn't find it. My wife had the same experience today with them?!? There have been other issues as well with staff just not caring about the level of service they give. I do not know if they are short staffed and overworked but it definitely shows. It may be time to go elsewhere."
