"On December 23rd 2021 at 2 pm, I called to ask why my appointment for the vaccine was canceled and how to reschedule it, a lady answered and was very rude and talked over me and didn’t let me say anything then she hanged up on me, she should get fired and not work with the public, zero customer service, (to the lady that answered you’re very low class)"
