"Was introduced to this farm produce at a farmers market in Chicago. Loved the mushrooms, forgot they had flavor after grocery store ones for so many years. Mushroom burgers and the garlic cheese spreads are also delicious. Got a home delivery the other day and all the frozen products were frozen, and the 3.5 lbs of mushrooms are nearly gone. Made excellent soup. Now I need to find the time to visit."
