KWIK TRIP #401

"I pretty much go to Kwik trip at LEAST 3-4 times a day and today is the second time I’ve come to store #401, in Burlington, and have been treated like a Hispanic never wants to be treated in a predominantly caucasian area. Now, had this been the first time and had not experienced this again I would have kept it to myself like I did the first time, but this is the second time and enough is enough!! I am always respectful until disrespected and because I’ve spent so much money here and want to be able to visit Kwik trip stores I politely apologized for the fact that he had to service me seeing that it was definitely a problem he had to do so… but if I experience treatment like I did Stephen this time and I didn’t catch the female who cashed me out the other time this happened, again??!!… I will definitely be calling cooperate!! We are literally in 2023 going into 2024 soon!! It is time to start acting like we have home training g and being less ignorant with people of different colors!! Enough is enough!!!"

"Finally activated my Kwik Trip Rewards and got myself a refreshing Coke. I am so forgetful at redeeming those points, but thankfully, the cashier walked me through how to properly activate and redeem them."

"Came to Kwik Trip because it's the only place I trust for my diesel fuel. And by accident they put it on the wrong pump. No biggie went in got it corrected. Were more than apologetic for the mistake. No problem. Was about to get in my truck after fueling up the cashier that helped me gave me a free car wash. Apologized again. This is a prime example why I only trust and utilize Kwik Trip. Outstanding customer service highly recommend these guys hands down"

"Usually stop by when I'm headed home from work. The staff are always super friendly and quick to make sure I get any help I need. I can honestly say I have had no bad experiences here and for that I'll keep bringing my business here. The Marked down donuts at 1am ate a personal favorite of mine,and if you can find them, get the blueberry fritters. You wont regret it I assure you."

"Absolutely phenomenal service day in and day out at this kwik trip.... from the friendly third shift crew to the perky early am staff! Christmas Eve day I had a great experience where I seemed to have lost a rather large sum of money while at the store. A store staff member almost immediately reviewed store data from my transaction which was instrumental in my locating the missing money! I can't thank that amazing employee enough! Top notch customer care!"
