"I've always enjoyed a good relationship with Ralph's Pharmacy. There are two Pharmacy Technicians ~ Omar and Al ~ who have been here for years. The Pharmacist may change (mostly they're very helpful), but as long as Omar and Al are there, it runs smoothly. Benefits of a large, networked pharmacy with a Mom and Pop vibe. Thumbs up."

"The experiences here have been solidly mixed. The staff is very friendly and professional, but unfortunately there have been some pretty fundamental misses, like a doctor's office called on two different days, couldn't reach staff and left messages. This pharmacy said they didn't get the messages. Another is I was using a secondary and primary insurance for billing and they couldn't make it work. Transfered the prescription to another pharmacy and it worked immediately without question. I'm unfortunately transferring all of my prescriptions just for ease of getting things done."
