"I do not encourage and suggest anyone work here. I was here for 4 months and the lack of professionalism and honest communication along with unsafe work instances. Anyone is better off anywhere else then here. The management misleads people just so they have able working people. Yet they have guys coming in smelling of strong odors of weed and nothing ever gets done about it. That along with others struggling with alcoholism and them bringing that to work makes many uncomfortable with the negative behavior and attitude that gets thrown at the staff around them. I watched guys spit chewing Tabaco into the tables, or on the floor. Even some had spit into the water fountain that the staff uses. The only lady in the shop gets treated unprofessionally when she's only trying to do her job. The production manager plays it like he cares and tows the corporate line. But everyone there knows and can tell he does not care about anything or anyone except his board footage and money. They cannot keep any employees for a extended period of time. They spend too much time trying to improve systems to make more money. While wasting time and money doing it. There is no active fire alarm system in this place at all. How Osha has not gotten on then or too them is beyond me. Over all, there are some good people in the shop. I cannot speak for the designers, I did not work there to know so they are not included on this. They cut hours as much as possible to save money screwing over their staff. I watched one guy have bad pulled muscle in his back get put on leave by doctors note. When he bought the paper work in, they fired him. This place is awful, do not waste your time working here!!!"

"Horrible place to work for. Under appreciated and treated horrible. You can work 110% of goal and still not good enough. Two 15 min breaks which are closer to 10. All about the numbers there. If a machine is rated to cut 300 pieces then that's what they expect. Don't take in consideration for poor quality wood, including warped, cracked and short pieces. If it looks good on paper it must be good. Place is a joke, no wonder nobody wants to work there."
