Funny when I go to Fullerton location they are all standing around talking about Nothing related to work!!!! Don’t even deserve one star!!!!"

"The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can’t give 0. The office staff is terrible. They never return calls or answer the phone. Dr. Andrew Hana is wonderful but he is let down by the staff. My Pharmacist has tried multiple times to refill my prescription but they never respond. I am at a pain level of 8-9 and don’t feel i should have to deal with this just to get some relief. Please fire the staff and start over."

"The woman who answer the phone to make the appointments lies! She told me my old doctor didn’t send over my records but then claims she attempted to call me on a old phone number which she would only know if she had the records. She also said I can’t be seen without a referral, she obviously has zero knowledge of a PPO VS HMO and when I politely tried to explain this she hung up on me, won’t return messages or answer the phone she told me “don’t come to your appointment unless I call you back”! I’ve never experienced this level of insanity dealing with a receptionist in my entire life"

"Dr Zardouz and his PA are really good. I have had substantial back and neck pain for sometime. These guys have really changed their approach. They are proactive and try to minimize your pain and keep pain levels down. Dr Z called me personally before and after a procedure. Before to make sure it was still appropriate and after to check on me. Their new office is state of the art and they are able to handle a ton of procedures right there in office. If you looking for a better work life balance with less pain to allow "life" to happen really this is your place. I am back doing the things I love rather than sitting home in pain."
