"My daughter is a patient and at first it looked like they really wanted to help her, but then they just didn't listen! My daughter has a fear of going outside and has major hearing problems. They came to our home, but refused to come inside the house without masks. Well she can't hear you or read your lips with a mask. So then they force her to go outside which makes her anxiety skyrocket. Then she had a major reaction to her depression med that was affecting her eyesight. When she called to speak with her Psychiatrist about it she was told "We are short on doctors and she wouldn't be able to speak with Dr. Daniel for 2 months!". How was she supposed to get help? She isn't sleeping and going through major anxiety and yet when she called in to refill 2 prescriptions CVS said no one at their office is returning phone calls. This is very sad and every day my daughter gets worse with zero help from these doctors!"

"I always have trouble with someone who doesn’t answer phones? I have a good therapist thus far. However, I had to reschedule my appointments several times due miscommunication and or schedule timing days that conflict between us. Today I was supposed to have a 3:30 appointment with Denitza. I call no one answers the phone. I leave a message that I need to reschedule yet again because I have another appointment scheduled. I have a missed call 30 minutes later. I’m sorry I can’t be juggling around and forth and calling when no one ever answer the phone or relays messages. I left a message my anxiety is through the roof and this is my third therapist. I really don’t want to change anything it’s the miscommunication between the staff. As a sociology major this is completely unacceptable and institutional failure."
