"Just walk out of the store because of the horrible customer service. Earlier in the week I called to schedule an appointment but was told I could just walk in and someone would assist me. Today I went into the store with my family and I as we walked up I notice the two salesmen gesturing to on another as to who was going to assist. First warning sign but I ignored it. I introduced myself and gave them my builders name and both of the salesman's look at each other as if I was inconveniencing them. After clearing that up I explained the project and what we were looking for. With hands in pocket the salesman just begins to walk away without a gesture to follow. After catching up and reviewing the available products I asked a question about matching my existing flooring. The salesmen's just scoffed back and said it's not possible very abruptly. A simple explanation or discussion about the best alternatives would have been a great way to respond. At this moment I am done with the salesman's but we have one more thing to review. As we were reviewing the next selection the phone rings and the salesman who was supposedly assisting us just leaves all while another salesman is at the desk not doing anything could have answered. This may not translate well via a Google review but I have never felt the urge to leave a place of business more after my interaction today at this store!"

Their experienced and friendly staff patiently answered our questions, and found the best carpet for our needs and budget. The installers were hardworking, wrapping up the entire project in one day. "My dad has used Carpet's Galore for decades for flooring in the apartment buildings he manages and personal use. I used them for my first, second, and recent home. They have a fantastic selection of carpets in any price range and they have a lot in the warehouse at the back of the store that you can purchase and get installed quickly (no waiting for the order to come in)! They also have discounted "scraps" if you only need carpet for a single room. They have samples you can take home to compare colors. The office staff is knowledgeable and the installers are professional and do a great job cleaning up. Ask for Steve he's the best! I have never gone anywhere else for carpet!"

"So glad I happened to drive past Carpets Galore and stopped in. Larry was our salesman and he was just great, knowledgeable and not pushy. We had laminate flooring installed and everything about the experience was five stars. Scheduling was easy, the flooring is beautiful and the installation crew is the best crew I have ever experienced. They worked quickly and every detail was perfect.Can’t say enough good things about Carpets Galore, I highly recommend them!!"
