We were told the project could take two days and the team ended up doing it in one day! They showed up at 8:00am on the DOT and were out of the house by 2:30pm. Our floors look professional and gorgeous. I love their warranty as well, the team made it clear that they will fix any planks if necessary, even if it’s years down the road! And to top it off? Our salesman Dann Smith spent a-lot of time with us during our initial consultation to ensure we were happy with our choice. They worked around our schedule for the install. End result was beautiful. "It was great that upon choosing the LVP flooring I wanted, FCI was able to schedule installation just 2 weeks later. Installation took only one day for our 8x12 kitchen. (Thank you, Paul). It looks and feels fabulous! It was, however, a bit pricier than I expected for such a small project, (about $17/sq ft installed) but we wanted quick work, and didn't want to spend too much time shopping around. Floor looks amazing!"
