"This is an awesome store! The produce is fresh, most organic. Stop in for a bowl of soup and a delicious sandwich in you won't be disappointed."

"Amazing people helping you, clean and organized store. They carry wonderful, healthy products. It's also wonderful stopping there for lunch at the cafe. You don't want to miss falafel Fridays!"

"This is a good coop. A lot of the meat and produce comes from local, organic farmers. They have a wide-enough selection of packaged/frozen items and a helpful wellness department. It has a seating section where you can eat or hang out, so there's an actual community vibe. An important component of the downtown Decorah ecosystem and a factor to consider if visiting or moving there."

"I’ve been a member of this coop for almost 30 years. It’s grown from a tiny store into the beauty it is today. I would definitely give it 4 1/2 but I don’t see if it’s possible here. I do want to say that the coop has always been very good about listening to our requests, whether for a type of apple or for a kosher brand of food. I’m sorry to say that they no longer carry as much macrobiotic merchandise as they used to. They do carry the goods and equipment to make nori rolls (or, as people like to call it, sushi). But I had to order adzuki beans and other products, too. As I said, I don’t really think they deserve only 4 stars for this."

"I loved the place before but it's even better after the remodel, they have a great selection and lots of fresh produce. The store is full of otherwise hard-to-find ingredients that will wow your dinner guests or just feel good about eating better, healthier. It's also a great place to stop for a quick meal, their cold and hot bars have fantastic food, pair a sandwich and a salad with a drink and relax in their dining section that looks over the streetfront, or in the gazebo and tables outside."
