"I want to preface in saying I've worked with and around HyVee for more than 25 years in the CPG business and they've always treated me well and have been a top notch organization. It brings me no pleasure to give the Decorah, IA location 2 stars, however after their floral department dropped the ball on delivering a bouquet of flower to my 76 year old mother for Mother's Day, I have no choice. They should feel grateful they scored 2 stars. After my order didn't arrive as scheduled, I called the next day and was told their "Team" was working on it. I called back again at the end of the day and was told they couldn't full fill my order. It took 2 days for them to figure out they couldn't full fill my order? They couldn't pick up the phone and call me to let me know they couldn't full fill my order? A little communication would have been nice so I could have made other arrangements. Very disappointing Hy-Vee! What has happened to the top notch organization, I've been a custom to working with?"
