"We had an appointment to drop off a sample. We dropped off the sample, then got a call an hour later saying the appointment was for a different date and that they threw the sample away. We even checked afterwards, and we have email and text confirmation that our appointment time was correct. Extremely unprofessional to get the details of something like this wrong and then try and tell us we had the wrong date."

"We love Dr. Buyalos so much! He got us pregnant on our very first IUI. We are now going to him to try for baby #2, and he helped us figure out how to improve male factor infertility, which is what we really struggle with. It takes some trial and error to figure out what the infertility issue is, so it's important to remember to never give up! We tried 4 IUIs this time around before we decided to have my husband tested with a full workup. Now we are addressing his fertility and we are so excited to try our next IUI this month! "We saw every single Dr. at this clinic hoping to find one that would be good. In the end we were upset with all of them. Every single person there makes you feel like they don’t care. My husband jokes, “I guess caring doesn’t pay the bills” when talking about FertIlity and Surgical Associates. But we are doing our best to smile and continue to deal with a very unfortunate and sad situation when discussing this clinic. We were patients here for over 2 years, and did around 10 procedures with them. Basically, we spent a lot of time, money, and emotions there. While with them, we had multiple miscarriages. And they never ever ordered any kind of miscarriage tests ever, the whole time. When I first went to the clinic, in my late 30’s, the first Dr. we saw there said that I had more eggs than an average woman my age, and had nothing to worry about with fertility and waiting a bit longer to proceed. Then, a year and a ton of miscarriages later, the 3rd Dr. I saw there said that he had no idea why the first Dr. had told me that. He said that the egg count from the first Dr. couldn’t even be possible. Very nice of him to tell me this upon my upteenth miscarriage with them. But even then, still no orders for tests of any kind to see if there were any reasons for the failed pregnancies. Just a cold hard stare from the Dr.s telling me it must just be my age. After spending thousands of dollars and wasting precious time and years with them. The billing is beyond ridiculous as well, I don’t even know where to begin. Maybe I’ll begin by saying they make you wait around 20-30 minutes to see the billing person and pay each time for the visit before leaving. THEN….after inconveniencing you and taking your whole day to wait around to pay them every time, they STILL bill you later anyway, claiming parts of certain visits weren’t paid, or whole visits…..you know, whatever they feel like saying….like any other Dr…… Or wait, that‘s NOT like any other Dr.‘s office ever. And the care there is likewise not like any other Dr.’s office—it’s the worst in the business."
