"The staff are great. My biggest and only issue is the appointment scheduling (terrible). I had my first knee replaced in November. Because of the weather, holidays and staff vacations my appointments were few and far between. In February, I had my 2nd knee replaced and assumed I have better luck with appointments. I tried to get two (standard) appointments the first week, but was told I had to be evaluated before I could make additional appointments. So, after my initial appointment on the 4th I was told I couldn't be seen again until the 18th. So, I asked if I could see a different therapist and was told no. As there were hardly any patients that I ever saw, and plenty of staff, I found it ridiculous that I couldn't be seen more often. I'm fortunate enough that I've recovered well and have a pool, but if you need regular visits I don't recommend Premier Therapy."

"If you guys are looking for a PT location, this is the one!! I came in with knee problems due to sports and I just felt uncomfortable with proceeding with my journey in playing basketball. Let me tell you, first thing i notice was how beautiful the location is in. Then the best part of this, are the PT’s/Workers/Staff in general. I was helped by Dr. Silva and he was such great help. He was showing me the different techniques to strengthen my knee and what to avoid in the daily activities that I do. Dr. Silva was explaining to me that the movements I did in basketball was the cause of my pain. Along with the help of Dr. Silva, came Jess, who is an aide at that location. She was very helpful and very motivating knowing I was scared to put any pressure on my knee. She was there every step of the way and I couldn’t thank them any much more! Again, if you are looking for a clinic this is the one!!"

"Best physical therapy clinic in Ventura County! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr.Miguel the past year after ACL surgery and he’s been great! At the beginning of my recovery I was very upset about the thought of not returning to soccer, and believed I couldn't come back from this. Since day 1, he has been super supportive and encouraging throughout my entire recovery & has gotten me back stronger and back to playing soccer! Could not thank him enough for all he’s done. Overall, this clinic has very knowledgeable staff that work with you to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for your needs and abilities. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. Would 10/10 recommend this clinic to anyone needing PT in their future!"
