"I haven't been able to login into the salve app for weeks I called them more than 6 times throughout the couple weeks letting them know about the situation but nothing has been resolved I also had a really bad experience with this clinic as a surrogate I would not want to go with ccrm ever again as a surrogate"

"I had an initial consultation with Dr Jun, but in order to schedule a second meeting for the actual plan has been almost close to impossible. My coordinator Vanessa is almost non existent. She doesn't respond to my messages. It's been several months since my initial visit from April until Jul and I have yet to get started with any treatment. They made my husband come in for blood draw then forgot some test and make him do it again. We keep needing to jump hoops and haven't even schedule a doctor. Please if there's an actual person I can't talk with instead of a non-responding app, let me know before end of the year! It's a time sensitive that I'm trying to pursue!"
