"I bought cabinets and a door from them under my dad's account and they wouldn't let me have my cabinets even tho dad had the credit on his account and I had a small balance and when I asked what the balance was no one could seem to give me a straight answer. I asked about the too they told me the door was already charged according to accounting. then dad got a bill for my door. the door guy put someone else's name on my door even tho he knew it was mine cause he gave me the color samples for it.went in to talk to them about it,they were very rood and disrespectful to me couldn't even complete a sentence without the manager interrupting me. he said he new nothing about the door. some manager. very non unfriendly customer service."
"Very knowledgeable staff. Just about everything you could need from a hardware store. The lumber was a little more expensive then what we normally pay BUT it was absolutely perfect! No warping which is awesome! Definitely 5 stars from us!"
